1. Eligibility for a refund
A refund or replacement may be requested in the following situations:
- You received the wrong product.
- The product arrived visibly damaged, broken, or with a compromised seal.
- The product received was significantly different from what was described on our website.
- The product was spoiled or of noticeably poor quality upon delivery.
Refund or replacement requests must be raised within 3 days of receiving your order. Requests made after this window may not be accepted.
2. Conditions that do not qualify for a refund
- Change of mind after the order has been dispatched.
- Products that have been opened, partially used, or stored incorrectly after delivery.
- Minor variations in colour, size, or texture that are natural characteristics of organic or unprocessed food products.
- Damage caused by the customer after delivery.
- Orders where an incorrect delivery address was provided.
3. How to request a refund
To initiate a refund, please contact us within 3 days of receiving your order:

Our team will review your request and respond within 1–2 business days. We may ask for additional information to help resolve your case promptly.
4. Refund approval and processing
Once your refund request is approved, you will have the choice of:
- A replacement of the same product at no additional cost, or
- A refund to your original payment method.
Approved refunds are processed within 5–7 business days. If you paid via mobile banking (bKash, Nagad, Rocket) or bank transfer, please allow additional time for your provider to post the credit.
5. Late or missing refunds
If you have not received your refund within 7 business days of approval, please first check your mobile banking app or bank account. If the refund is still not showing, contact your payment provider. 6. Fresh and seasonal products
Fresh items (such as seasonal mangoes) are perishable by nature. We take every care in packing and dispatch, but minor cosmetic blemishes that do not affect taste or quality are not grounds for a refund. If a fresh item arrives in a genuinely unacceptable condition, please contact us with photos within 24 hours of delivery.
