At Organic Eats, we are committed to getting your order to you quickly, safely, and in perfect condition. Please read our delivery policy carefully before placing your order.
1. Delivery areas
We deliver to all districts across Bangladesh — including Dhaka, Chittagong, Sylhet, Rajshahi, Khulna, Mymensingh, Rangpur, and Barishal. Whether you are in a major city or a rural area, we work with reliable courier partners to reach you.
2. Delivery charges

3. Estimated delivery times

Delivery times are estimates and may be affected by high order volume, adverse weather, or public holidays. We will notify you of any significant delay.
4. Order processing
Orders placed before 3:00 PM on a business day are typically processed the same day. Orders placed after 3:00 PM, on Fridays, or on public holidays will be processed the next business day.
You will receive a confirmation message (via WhatsApp or SMS) once your order has been dispatched, along with a tracking reference where available.
5. Product handling and packaging
All orders are packed carefully to preserve the quality, freshness, and natural properties of our products. Dry fruits, dates, nuts, honey, and fresh items are sealed and packaged to prevent damage or contamination during transit.
6. Receiving your order
- Please ensure someone is available at the delivery address to receive the parcel.
- Inspect your order upon delivery. If the packaging appears damaged or tampered with, please note it with the delivery agent before signing.
- If you are unavailable at the time of delivery, the courier will attempt redelivery or contact you to arrange a suitable time.
7. Incorrect or incomplete address
Organic Eats is not responsible for delayed or failed deliveries caused by an incorrect or incomplete address provided at checkout. Please double-check your delivery details before placing your order. If you need to update your address after ordering, contact us immediately via WhatsApp at 01609170477.
8. Lost or delayed parcels
If your order has not arrived within the estimated delivery window, please contact us and we will investigate with our courier partner. In the event of a confirmed lost parcel, we will arrange a replacement or refund in accordance with our Refund Policy.
